Sheetmetal Assemblies & Sheetmetal Parts
If your parts are made of sheetmetal, your parts will be run on state of the art processing equipment, including state of the art lights-out, very low-cost CNC Punching and also American-tooled Press Brake forming. Also we have laser cutting available up to 1” thick for your plate applications. We manufacture companies’ entire sheetmetal lines and single part types as well. Small Metal Parts
Your high quantity and high quality needs for small metal parts are solved with Berrien Metals. Our CNC Punching technology is some of the best in the world, punching in some cases over 1100 holes per minute. Your parts can be punched, formed, and blanked on the same machine.

Since 1997, Berrien Metals has been manufacturing tanks with plumbing for heat transfer purposes, with materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper. We can solder, braze, TIG and MIG weld these components.
